JUNGIAN COACH FOR WOMEN
There are as many reasons for seeking support as there are women in this world. Every woman who comes here brings a different story. Most don't arrive looking for coaching, per se. They arrive because something in their lives is asking for their attention.
I've come to believe that our lives are always speaking to us through dreams, stories, and the natural world.
Together, we'll learn to listen to this symbolic language woven through the inner and outer landscapes of your life.

Women’s Walking Retreat
Ireland - May 2027
Five days walking Ireland's Dingle Way with a small circle of women.
It may sound a little wild. Maybe that's the point.
Maybe we all need to let beauty interrupt our plans and allow the path to set the pace for a while. This isn't a hiking retreat. It's a walking pilgrimage.
Together, we'll walk one of Ireland's most beautiful landscapes with intention. Along the way we'll share conversation, quiet, good food, and good stories, discovering a kind of spaciousness that's hard to find in everyday life.
Each evening we'll gather for reflection inspired by Celtic myth and the day's journey.
No expertise is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to walk.
By journey's end, you'll likely be weary in body, steadier in spirit, and carrying home more than photographs.
Spaces are limited. Details coming soon.

Life Speaks In Symbols
If dreams came to us as grocery lists, we'd probably pay little attention to them.
Perhaps that's because the psyche doesn't simply want to give us answers; it wants to invite our participation. Dreams arrive much like stories, emotions, symbols, and unexpected images do and they can linger for years. Our lives often speak to us in much the same way. Our night dreams, recurring or not. A myth or fairy tale that feels surprisingly relevant. Patterns in our relationships. An encounter with nature that leaves us awe-filled. Even our bodies, especially our bodies, express what logic alone cannot.
The symbolic language isn't something to decode; it's something to enter into relationship with through curiosity and listening, deep listening.
At Walking Rooted, we practice paying attention.
Through dreams, myth, fairy tales, nature, and our own lived stories, we learn the symbolic language of our lives and cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
